图书馆和电子书

多亏了图书馆，我现在比年轻时读更多的书了。几年前，我开始从线上图书馆借阅电子书。这意味着我可以随时随地阅读任何我想要读的书。我的图书馆里不仅有精选的英文书，还有其他不同语言的书籍。我在学习中文和法语，借阅中文书和法语书让我可以练习这两门语言的阅读理解能力，用这两门语言吸收和消化信息。

我总是同时读很多本书。但是在线上图书馆，我却被限制只能借一本书三周，这激励我在三周内读完所借的书。虽然这是一件好事，但我有时会没有时间读我借的所有书。但是我通常并不担心，因为我知道我总能再次借到同一本书。

Libraries and eBooks

Thanks to online libraries, I read more now than when I was younger. I started borrowing eBooks from my online library a couple of years ago. Having access to eBooks means that I can read any book wherever and whenever I want. My library not only has a good selection of English books but also books in different languages. As I am now learning Chinese and French, borrowing Chinese and French books has allowed me to practice reading in my target languages as well as absorbing and digesting information in these languages.

I am always reading multiple books at the same time. Only being able to borrow a book for 3 weeks encourages me to finish reading the books I borrowed within 3 weeks. While this is a positive thing, I sometimes run out of time to read all my library books. I’m usually not worried because I know I can always borrow the same book in the future again.
